ElektraOS for SMB . Pillar 03
03 . Commerce and Product

Agent-native storefronts, modern checkout, mobile.

Ship a storefront AI assistants can actually parse and quote, with Schema.org coverage, feed.json, an approval queue and a mobile-grade checkout. Lifted straight from MealShift's Apr 22 launch pattern, scoped into a package an SMB can buy.

What is included

Everything an agent needs to find your catalogue, quote accurately, and hand off to a checkout a human finishes on a phone. No stack migration required; the package plugs into the CMS the team already runs.

Layer . Discovery

Schema.org and feed.json

Product, Offer, Organization, Review, FAQ schemas. Machine-readable feed.json at a stable URL so agents can crawl without JavaScript rendering.

Layer . AEO

llms.txt and ai-robots.txt

Per-store llms.txt declaring what agents are allowed, what endpoints to hit, and where the catalogue lives. Matches the Loomgraph Society pattern.

Layer . Plugins

WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix

Native plugins for the three CMS stacks 80 percent of UK SMBs run. Plugin pushes schema, feed, llms.txt. No front-end rewrite needed.

Layer . Approval

Agent approval queue

Agents propose; humans approve. Orders, price changes, content edits queue for sign-off. Audit log per approval.

Layer . Checkout

Mobile-grade checkout

Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Optimised for thumb-first flows. Abandoned-cart agent hooks into the ops pillar.

Layer . Analytics

Commerce signals to the data pillar

Every purchase, abandonment, agent-driven session lands in the data warehouse. Dashboards attribute revenue by source.

First 90 days

Three months from whatever storefront exists today to an agent-native storefront that quotes accurately and checks out on mobile.

Day 0 to 30

Audit and AEO foundation

  • Storefront audit against Schema.org coverage
  • Deploy feed.json, llms.txt, ai-robots.txt
  • Pick the plugin track: Woo, Shopify or Wix
  • Crawl verified from a live agent
Day 31 to 60

Approval queue and checkout

  • Approval queue wired to Slack or email
  • Checkout upgrade for mobile weight classes
  • Payment coverage: Stripe plus two local methods
  • First agent-driven order end to end
Day 61 to 90

Launch and compound

  • Abandoned-cart agent live
  • Cross-link with Loomgraph Society peers
  • Commerce signals flowing into data pillar
  • Launch note plus case-study draft

Proof this is not greenfield

The pattern is live on the platform that informs this pillar. SMB package reuses the exact surface.

If the current storefront cannot be quoted by an agent, or the mobile checkout loses more than a third of sessions, this pillar closes both gaps.
