Contact form: If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. Formspree, Inc. (USA) delivers the form to my inbox as my data processor. I use the information only to answer you. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) when you ask about possible work, otherwise Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in replying to your message.
Hosting: The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes.
Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Transfers outside the EU: Formspree, GitHub and Google process data in the USA. Their own privacy statements describe the safeguards they use for transfers from the EU.
Cookies and browser storage: The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It saves only your choice on the cookie notice in your browser's local storage, and uses it for nothing else. Some demo pages and the client portal save a session ID in your browser when you use them.
How long I keep data: Messages are kept until your enquiry is handled and deleted after 12 months at the latest, unless we agree to work together.
Your rights: Under GDPR Articles 15 to 21 you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and ask for data portability. Write to yossra.benzad@gmail.com. I reply within one month.
